Our only retail location is Mountain to Sound Outfitters in West Seattle at 3602 SW Alaska St, Seatte, WA 98126. However, we do have a sister company, Alki Kayak Tours, where you can go on some awesome boat tours or rent boats from us! Located at 1660 Harbor Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98126

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, there are no refunds. However, exchanges or returns for store credit may be made within seven days of purchase. No exchanges or store credit without sales slip.

We accept card and cash. There is a 3% credit card fee, however if you use a debit card there is no fee.

We don't rent wet and dry suits, but we do sometimes have a limited selection available for purchase.
